Call for Sponsorships – ISFPGA 2025

33rd ACM/SIGDA International Symposium on Field-Programmable Gate Arrays

Feb 27 – Mar 1, 2025

ISFPGA 2025 organizing committee invites interested organizations to become sponsors of our upcoming event. We believe that your participation as a sponsor will greatly enhance the success of ISFPGA 2025 and provide significant exposure for your organization.

ISFPGA 2025 offers several sponsorship levels, each with unique benefits:

  • Gold Sponsorship ($6,000): Includes one complimentary registration and the opportunity to set up a table outside the main conference hall. This allows students and attendees to see flyers and demos showcasing your company.
  • Silver Sponsorship ($4,000): Includes one complimentary registration and a table outside the main conference hall.
  • Bronze Sponsorship ($2,000): Includes a table in the Poster Room.

Additionally, for every 10 paid registrations, sponsors receive one free registration. All sponsors will have their logos displayed on the conference webpage, in the proceedings, and will be acknowledged for their generosity during the opening and closing sessions of the conference.

Sponsors can also propose workshops or tutorial sessions on the third day of the conference (Saturday March 1, 2025). Subject to availability, we may be able to provide the sponsors with rooms for the Saturday sessions; more facilities may be rented from the hotel.

Fees may be paid any time prior to the conference. Conference registrations are only required if your people attend technical sessions, lunches, or dinners. If you have a few people staffing your exhibit table, they do not require a paid registration.

FPGA has historically attracted an excellent mix of academic and industry attendees, with papers from across the world. Papers from FPGA have influenced numerous projects in industry, and many former student attendees are now directors, fellows, GMs, and VPs in the industry. This is an excellent opportunity to network and recruit the best students in digital logic design and specialized computing.

We look forward to the possibility of partnering with you for this exciting event. For more information, please contact <financechair@isfpga.org>.
